Preparatory Prayer O my Jesus, is my great Whereas pain that I had the misfortune to offend so many times. You, however, with the heart of the Father, not only forgave me, but with your words: "ask you get," he calls to ask what I needed. Full of confidence, I resort to your merciful love, give me that reminder that in this novena, and above all the grace to reform my ways and henceforth to credit my faith with works by living according to your precepts, and burn in the fire of your love.
meditation on the words of Our Father: "Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven" Here we ask God's will be done in all creatures, we ask con fortezza e perseveranza, con purezza e perfezione, e chiediamo di compierla noi stessi, in qualsiasi modo e per qualunque via si venga a conoscere.
Domanda
Gesù mio, a Te ricorro in questa prova. Se tu vuoi usare la tua clemenza con questa misera creatura tua, trionfi la tua bontà. Per il tuo amore e per la tua misericordia perdona le mie colpe; e quantunque sia indegno di ottenere ciò che ti domando, compi pienamente i miei desideri, se ciò è di gloria per Te e di bene per l’anima mia. Nelle tue mani mi rimetto fa’ di me secondo il tuo piacimento.
(Chiediamo la grazia che desideriamo ottenere in questa novena).
Preghiera: Dammi, Gesù mio, una fede viva e fa che io osservi fedelmente i tuoi divini comandamenti e che, col cuore pieno della tua carità, corra sul sentiero dei tuoi precetti. Fammi gustare la soavità del tuo Spirito ed aver fame di compiere la tua divina volontà, affinché ti sia sempre accetto e gradevole il mio povero servizio. Mi benedica, Gesù mio, l'Onnipotenza del Padre. Mi benedica la tua Sapienza. Mi dia la sua Benedizione la benignissima Carità dello Spirito Santo e mi custodisca per la vita eterna.
